The Guyana Telephone and Telegraph Company (GTT) is the largest provider of telecommunication services in Guyana, South America, with a subscriber base exceeding three hundred thousand in a country with an average population of seven hundred thousand. GTT is the exclusive sponsor of the Guyana Innovation Prize.

The Iwokrama International Centre for Rain Forest Conservation and Development(IIC) is an international not-for-profit organisation, governed by an International Board of Trustees and managed by a professional team of around seventy permanent staff in Georgetown and at the Iwokrama River Lodge and Research Centre at Kurupukari. The IIC’s Patron is HRH The Prince of Wales. IIC was established in 1996 under a joint mandate from the Government of Guyana and the Commonwealth Secretariat to manage the Iwokrama forest, a unique reserve of 371,000 hectares of rainforest, “in a manner that will lead to lasting ecological, economic and social benefits to the people of Guyana and to the world in general.”

Engineering for Change (E4C), is a U.S. based knowledge organization, digital platform and a community of over 1 million dedicated to preparing, educating and activating the international engineering workforce to improve the quality of life of underserved communities around the world. We do this by providing resources and platforms that accelerate the development of impactful solutions and ensure public health and safety around the globe. Jointly founded by leading engineering societies and based at American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME), E4C has attracted the support of a variety of partners, including non-profits, multilaterals and corporations. The University of Guyana School of Entrepreneurship and Business Innovation (SEBI)’s simple mission is to educate and develop within students the skills needed to become innovative managers and entrepreneurial leaders. SEBI offers undergraduate and Master’s programs as well as short, and professional courses designed to fill skill gaps with entrepreneurs, business professionals, and government employees. SEBI expects that with the skills and competencies learned through its programs, students will contribute to the social vibrancy and economic advancement of Guyana.
